The MS Rules (on the left) come from the MS Supreme Court website which has recently been updated.
The rules are now available in ".pdf" format ONLY rather than ".htm" format.
I asked about the availability of the rules in .htm format.
The Supreme Court webmaster replied "currently, the rules in .htm format are not available."

You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view ".pdf" files.
The one-time download is a large file (more than 20 megabytes).
